Hooky measures a short video you give it and reports what it found. It is a measurement tool, not a prediction service. We do not promise views, reach, engagement, or any outcome on any platform. Any decision you make about publishing is yours.
You keep every right you have in the videos you analyse. You confirm that you are allowed to upload what you upload. You must not use Hooky on material that is illegal, or that you have no right to process.
Measuring a video is free. Opening the report costs one credit — that is where the findings, the values they crossed and the fix list are.
You get one welcome credit when you first sign in, and the free wheel gives you credits once a month without any purchase. Hooky Pro includes reports without spending credits.
We may put a fair-use limit on measuring if it is abused, but we will not put functionality that was free behind a paywall retroactively.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse the service, resell access to it, or use it to process other people's material without their permission.
Hooky is provided as it is. Measurements can be wrong — video is messy, and an automated read of it is an estimate. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a report, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You can stop using Hooky and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
